Whether we like it or not, this industry demands that individuals master an enormous amount of very technical information about many complex contracts. That process takes time, but it can be shortened.

The great enemy of education is boredom of the student. Keeping them engaged and focused is half of the battle. People have different ways of learning. A skilled teacher recognizes that and adapts their delivery to help the student get it. Commercial producers face a daunting challenge in learning all they must, and learning it quickly. Without the technical knowledge they lack confidence, and confidence is what sells insurance.

Most agency owners have neither the time, the inclination, or the talent to train new producers effectively. They need help.”
